Any copies of documents that you email or fax to us are stored on a secure local (not cloud) server with access limited to translators and coordinators. We keep your document on file in case it is required in the future. If you want us to destroy it when your translation is complete, please tell us and we will do so.

Collection of Personal Information

If you place an order, you must provide us with certain information so that we may process your order. This information includes but is not limited to: your email address, your name, and the information you want translated. If you do not provide the information, we will be unable to process and fulfill the order. In addition, we also receive your email address and telephone number to contact you if there is a problem with an order and to provide assistance if there should be any problems with your order. Because of this you may choose your payment method, and no matter how you pay, our company never receives any information about your credit card or bank account. This is our guarantee that you will never be subjected to credit card fraud by anyone in our company.

We will not disclose any of your personal information to any other company or person. We will use it only to contact you in regards to your order or requests for information and for advertising new promotions.
